Ewald Grabowski
Ewald Grabowski (born October 6, 1932 in Berlin ; † November 5, 2009 there ) was a German local politician ( CDU ).
Life
At the age of 28, Grabowski joined the Neukölln CDU, of which he was district chairman for a number of years and which he has represented in the Neukölln district council assembly since 1967 . From 1975 he headed the CDU parliamentary group for 20 years. In 1995 he was elected head of the district council and held this office until November 2001. The focus of his political commitment was in the areas of school, health and social affairs.
For his services he was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit on ribbon .
