Ewald Jaksch

Ewald Jaksch (* 1947 in Reutlingen ) is a German politician , active in several small Christian parties, for example the Center Party and the Christian League .

Family and work

He is married and has three grown daughters; Managing director of an electronics company; Church council of the Evangelical Lutheran Philippus Congregation in Tübingen ( SELK ).

Political activity

Jaksch has been involved in the Christian Party for Life (CPL) , the later Christian League - The Party for Life , of which Jaksch finally became federal chairman. In 1995 the Christian League was dissolved in favor of the new Christian Party of Germany (CPD) , whose chairman Jaksch was still. In 2003 the CPD was absorbed into the Center Party .

On February 19, 2011 Jaksch organized a parallel party congress to the current party congress of the Center Party, at which he was elected chairman. In February 2012, the Düsseldorf Regional Court declared Jaksch's election to be invalid. Until then, Jaksch had titled himself as the federal chairman of the German Center Party. In May 2012 he founded the short-lived New Center Party - For Truth, Freedom and Justice, which he became chairman of. He later joined the AfD and is particularly involved with the Christians in the AfD .
