history

Foundation (2013)

The association was founded as a Christian working group in the AfD or Pforzheimer Kreis in August 2013 by Martina and Volker Kempf in Baden-Baden . Martina Kempf is at the same time on the federal board of Aktion Lebensrecht für Alle . According to Andreas Kemper , both are “in close contact” with Beatrix von Storch .

German Evangelical Church Congress (2017)

The federal chairwoman of the ChrAfD, Anette Schultner from Lower Saxony , discussed with the Evangelical Bishop Markus Dröge at the German Evangelical Church Congress in Berlin in June 2017 and defended, among other things, the family image of the AfD against the criticism of the ex-bishop and Kirchentag ambassador Margot Käßmann that it was racist .

Frauke Petry left the party (2017)

After the former federal spokeswoman Frauke Petry left the party , two leading board members of the ChrAfD left the AfD at the end of 2017, among them the incumbent federal chairwoman Anette Schultner. Her office was temporarily taken over by the previous deputy federal chairman Joachim Kuhs , who has since acted as spokesman for the ChrAfD.
