Ewald Krainz

Ewald E. Krainz (* 1950 ) is an Austrian psychologist, group dynamician, organizational consultant and mediator.

Life

Among other things, Ewald Krainz studied psychology at the University of Vienna and received his doctorate there in 1975. In 1997 he received his habilitation on The Morphology of the Social World and, as a result, he was appointed associate professor at the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt , where he was head of the institute from 1997 to 2006 for philosophy and group dynamics and founded and established the Klagenfurt School of Group and Organizational Dynamics there. From 2007 until his retirement in 2015 he was a member of the Institute for Organizational Development and Group Dynamics. One focus of activity is the implementation of group dynamic training .
