The Expertum Group ( spelling expertum Group ) is a Germany-wide personnel service provider with over 40 locations that specializes in the recruitment of specialists and executives for industrial companies. The services primarily include temporary employment and recruitment . In addition, the constantly growing business field of personnel consulting supports the filling of highly qualified personnel. The constant focus on the industrial sectors can be attributed to the plant manufacturer Voith. The former Voith subsidiary DIW Service GmbH still shapes the origins and management of the corporate group today.

Industries and services

The Expertum Group's customer focus is on medium-sized to large industrial companies from the mechanical and plant engineering, aviation, chemical and energy sectors. Expertum places specialists and executives from technical and commercial professions to these, mainly in the context of temporary employment . As a member of the Federal Employers' Association of Personnel Service Providers (BAP) , expertum applies the BAP collective bargaining agreements for temporary employment and has committed itself to the BAP code of conduct.

The expertum group combines the following services under one roof: temporary employment (also called temporary employment), recruitment, personnel consulting (executive search), on-site and master vendor services as well as outplacement and new placement.

history

The expertum group has its origins in DIW Service GmbH, which was founded in 1987, a long-term subsidiary of the Voith Group and a personnel service company for specialists in mechanical engineering.

In 2010 the company was sold to DPE to continue growing with the help of private equity.

The group of companies that emerged from the merger of several companies has been operating under the name expertum - Die Personalexperten since 2013.

In 2015, the personnel service provider Sempart, which specializes in industry and commercial professions, was integrated into the group of companies.

At the beginning of 2018, the personnel service provider B&B Personaldienste from the Rhine-Main area was acquired.

In September 2018, the Belgian family company ASAP HR Group took over 100% of the shares in the expertum group.

Since October 2019 the former B&B Personaldienste GmbH and an on-site management of expertum GmbH in Leer have been operating under the name "expertum blue GmbH". The expertum blue GmbH stands within the expertum group for the temporary employment of helpers and specialist helpers and efficient on-site management solutions.

Social Commitment

For the fifth year in a row, expertum GmbH is supporting the Lions Club's “ Lions Quest ” project with an annual donation. In addition, there are non-profit campaigns by regional Lions clubs, which are financially supported by individual expertum branches and the proceeds of which benefit various projects, including Lions refugee aid.

Corporate structure

Jörg Stehr has been managing the group of companies since November 1st, 2011 as Chairman of the Management Board of expertum Holding GmbH. Stehr was previously Managing Director in the Voith Group, including at DIW Service GmbH. Thomas Grigoleit, founder of Pensum GmbH (later Sonesto GmbH), Stefan Burde, former area manager at Manpower and regional director at expertum, and André Ozolins, managing director of expertum blue GmbH, complete the four-person management team, which also after the purchase by ASAP HR Group continues unchanged.
