The Fäbodsjön is on Södra Ulvön and is the only lake in the island. Its tributaries are three small streams that come from the southeast, south, and northwest. The only outflow is a stream flowing to the north that flows into the Ulvösundet. The banks of Fäbodsjön are uninhabited. On the east bank there are partly steep cliffs and fir forest, the remaining banks are flatter and also wooded. The entire edge of the bank is overgrown with alders , except for the east bank there are water lilies and reeds in the water . The fauna of the lake consists of perch and pike .
