The building with the postal address Fährstraße 14/15 is a listed building on Fährstraße in Stralsund , on the corner of Mauerstraße .
The plastered, three-storey building with a mezzanine was built in 1874 and designed in the style of Neo-Baroque , which is very rare in Stralsund . The facades facing Fährstrasse and Mauerstrasse are each designed with four axes. A three-axis, rounded corner building with a tower-like attachment connects the building wings. There is also a three-axle, lower extension without mezzanine to Fährstraße.
The house has plaster bands on the ground floor , the upper floors are structured with colossal pilasters. The windows on the first floor are lavishly framed. A loggia is built in the extension .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 167.
