Félix da Costa (born August 3, 1960 in Vaviquinia , Liquiçá , Portuguese Timor ), fighting name Anin Buras , is a politician from East Timor . He is a member of the FRETILIN party .

Career

Costa graduated from school through fourth grade.

In the parliamentary elections in East Timor 2012 , Costa ran for FRETILIN's list position 43 without a chance. In the parliamentary elections in 2017 , he succeeded in moving into the national parliament of East Timor on list position 28. Since the minority government of FRETILIN and PD could not prevail in parliament, President Francisco Guterres dissolved it and called for new elections. Costa won the early election on May 12, 2018in 18th place on the FRETILIN list, the new entry into parliament, where FRETILIN is now the strongest opposition party. Costa is now on the Education, Health, Social Security and Gender Equality Commission (Commission F).

Costa is the holder of the Ordem Nicolau Lobato .
