F'murr
F'murr (born March 31, 1946 in Paris as Richard Peyzaret ; † April 10, 2018 ) was a French cartoonist .
He started in 1971 with the first comics for the Pilote magazine and published there from 1973 the first pages of his absurdly humorous series Le Génie des Alpages (Eng: The genius on the alp ), which made 14 albums in France. In this comic, a shepherd, his dog and many secondary characters such as sheep, lions and tourists engage in bizarre philosophical verbal battles.
F'murr also drew for the magazines Circus ( Porfirio et Gabriel ), Métal hurlant ( Jehanne d'Arc ), Fluide Glacial ( Robin des Boites ), Spirou ( Les Mirroirs de Marguerite ) and (à suivre) ( Histoires Deplacées ).
In Germany his work appeared in Pilot and Schwermetall .
