The f.re.e is Bavaria's largest travel and leisure fair. It is held annually on the grounds of Messe München .

About the f.re.e

Between 1970 and 2008 the fair was called CBR (Caravan, Boot und Reisen). In 2009, Messe München International decided to rename the event in f.re.e ( F eisure, Re isen, E rholung). In addition to the name change, the subject areas were also expanded. The focus of f.re.e is travel , cruises & boat trips, health & wellness , water sports , caravanning & camping , outdoor and cycling . There are also theme days, in 2018 these were leisure experiences for single travelers and singles and new learning in leisure time . There are also celebrities who give lectures (2018, for example, Django Asül , Benedikt Böhm , Andrea Wechsler, Heike Drechsler , Matthias Derhake, Pascal Rösler, Markus Wasmeier and Riccarda Kolb).

The range of products offered by the fair includes tourist offices and associations, hotels and club complexes, holiday homes and apartments, vacation properties, charter, water tourism, travel agencies, tour operators, golf and wellness tour operators and hotels, travel literature and modes of transport.

In total, the exhibition area extends over seven exhibition halls. As a public consumer fair , both trade visitors and private individuals can enter.

The fair is held annually.
