FC Tofaga is a football club from Vaitupu in Tuvalu . Like all other Tuvaluan clubs, he plays his games in the 1,500-seat stadium in Funafuti .
history
Tofaga was founded in the 1970s. In the 1990s, Paulson Panapa (current president of TNFA) and Tapugao Falefou (former president of TNFA) were Tofaga's best-known players, but it wasn't until 1997 that the club won the Benson and Hedges Cup, and one year later it also won the Independence Cup .
It wasn't until eight years later, in 2006, when Toakai Puapua was the club's coach, that they achieved good placements again and won the NBT and Independence Cup . After that, they won the NBT Cup in 2007, 2008 and 2011 .
