FEM3 is a Hungarian TV broadcaster that went on air on January 1, 2010. The owner was ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG until December 2013 . The owner officially changed through a management buyout. The former CEO of TV2 (Hungary) Zsolt Simon and his CFO took over the entire Hungarian broadcasting chain as well as the Romanian broadcasters from ProSiebenSat.1. In addition to FEM3, ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG also operated the TV2 , PRO4 and Super TV2 channels in Hungary . The broadcaster's programming is aimed at a female audience and includes series, reality shows, lifestyle formats, entertainment magazines and documentaries.
