The FK Tauras Tauragė was a Lithuanian football club from Tauragė .
Club history
At the end of 2009, the club was able to qualify for the first qualifying round of the 2010/11 UEFA Europa League with a fifth place in the league . He benefited from the non-admission of Vėtra Vilnius for the European competition and at the same time from the fact that the final of the Lithuanian Cup was held between the first and second in the table. In the first round you could prevail after a 2-2 draw with a 3-2 win after extra time at home against the Welsh club AFC Llanelli . In the second round, however, Tauras Tauragė had to admit defeat to the Cypriot club APOEL Nicosia 3-0 at home and 3-1 away.
