history
At that time the tournament was played on match billiards with a 35 cm smear of the cadre fields. It was a Cadre 35/2 World Championship. The winner was the Frenchman Lucien Rérolle, who won all of his matches. The fourth-placed Raymond de Drée (called “Comte de Drée” in almost all publications) was a founding member and president of the FSFAB.

From the 21-strong field of participants, six participants were played off for the final round through elimination matches, which were probably held separately from the World Cup. The whole tournament was played in the round robin system up to 400 points.
