The FSFAB world championships in cadre 35/2 and 45/2 1912/2 was the 10th cadre 45/2 world championship of the FSFAB amateurs . The tournament took place in Paris from March 18 to April 1, 1912 . World championships of the Fédération Française de Billard (FFB) were held parallel to those of the FSFAB .

The tournament was played on match billiards with a 45 cm mark on the cadre fields. The superior winner of this world championship was the Frenchman Alfred Mortier. He set all tournament records and achieved the title of FSFAB world champion for the third time. The places three to seven were not decided by playoffs, but were rated according to GD.
The whole tournament was played in the round robin system up to 400 points.
