Fabian Müller (soccer player, 1980)

Fabian Müller (born April 28, 1980 in Friedrichshafen ) is a German football coach .

Coaching career

Müller gained his first experience in the youth field in 1999–2004 as a trainer at the taxofit 1st youth soccer school in Cologne and from 2000 to 2004 as head coach and athletic employee at the 1st soccer boarding school in Cologne (1. Kölner Nachwuchsfußball eV). Here he was also responsible as a sports employee.

After a stint as assistant coach to Wolfgang Sidka at the Arab record champions Al-Arabi Sportsclub in ( Doha / Qatar ) in the 2004/05 season, Müller devoted himself to his graduation as a qualified sports scientist at the German Sport University Cologne , which he graduated in 2006. From 2005 he also worked as an assistant and fitness trainer for the Swiss club FC Schaffhausen in the Axpo Super League . He later took over the club as an interim coach and completed the football teacher training course in 2007. After another season as assistant coach under Marco Schällibaum , he was appointed head coach of FC Schaffhausen in the second highest Swiss division, the Challenge League , in July 2008 . was relegated to Schaffhausen (2008/09 season). The team finished the season in eleventh place. After a year, Müller moved in October 2009 as an assistant coach to the traditional German club Kickers Offenbach in the 3rd soccer league . On July 5, 2010, Fabian Müller signed a two-year contract with the northern German regional league team Holstein Kiel . There he took over the trainer position of the U-23 and the management of the youth training center.
