Fabiano Leismann , called Fabiano , (born November 18, 1991 in São João do Oeste , Santa Catarina ) is a Brazilian football player . Fabiano is of German descent. His family has lived in Brazil for four generations.

Career

Fabiano received his training at the EC São Luiz from Ijuí . At the age of 20, his career began in 2011 at the lower-class Club AF Chapecoense from Chapecó . Due to his good performance, he was bought by the Cruzeiro EC from Belo Horizonte in spring 2015 .

For the 2016 season , Fabiano was loaned to Palmeiras São Paulo . With this he was able to win the championship that year. In January 2017 Leismann then moved permanently to Palmeiras until the end of 2021. After he only made a few appearances in the 2017 championship, he was loaned to SC Internacional in early 2018 . An extension of the stay at Inter failed because of Palmeiras, who did not want to borrow or sell only half of the transfer rights.

At the start of the 2019 season, Fabiano was initially out due to an injury. The first time he was back in the Palmeiras squad in early May. After being out of play, he was loaned to Portugal in August . Boavista Porto became his new home . The contract had a term of one year. Fabiano played his first competitive game for Boavista in the Primeira Liga . He was substituted on in the 90th minute on August 30, 2019, the fourth matchday of the 2019/20 season , away against Belenenses SAD .
