Fagurhólsmýri is a farm in southeast Iceland .
Fagurhólsmýri is located 25 km from Skaftafell in an easterly direction of travel on the ring road and belongs to the municipality of Hornafjörður . There is an airfield and the route over Skeiðarársandur to Ingólfshöfði starts at Fagurhólsmýri . There has been a manned weather station here since 1903. The local gas station was also a local shop.
