Fajah Lourens
Fajah Hanna Nicole Lourens (born July 3, 1981 in Amsterdam ) is a Dutch actress , model and DJ .
life and career
Fajah Lourens is the oldest of four children. Her mother is Dutch and her father is from the Netherlands Antilles . From the age of 13 to 16 she attended the Jeugdteather in Amsterdam.
Lourens became known to a larger audience at the age of 21 through the role of Yasmin Fuentes in the first Dutch soap opera Goede tijden, slechte tijden . In addition, she played numerous guest roles in television series. She also played a young mother in the music video for the song Zet Um Op (Baby) by Dutch rapper Kempi .
In 2011 Lourens made her film debut in the Dutch film Stiletto's , in which she played the lead role. In 2011 she played an Interpol agent in the action film Amsterdam Heavy .
Lourens was in the final of the reality soap Expeditie Robinson in 2012 , which was won by Fatima Moreira de Melo .
In 2011 Lourens made her debut in the dance world, working as a DJ under the name Fajah . Since her debut, she has played in clubs like Jimmy Woo, Panama, Beachclub Vroeger, Escape, Het Paard, Holland Casino, Cinema and Off Corso. She also works as a music producer and remixes songs from other artists.
Lourens has a daughter and a son.
