Falcon Rock
The Falk rocks are about 60 meters high granite - rock formation in Bühlerhöhe in the northern Black Forest .
Two hiking trails lead through the formation from Plättig on the Black Forest High Road . They lead to the Hertahütte refuge , which is located directly on the rocks and named after Hertha Isenbart, the builder of the Bühlerhöhe. From there a path goes up to the Brockenfelsen . From the platform one has a view over the northern Black Forest , with the Wiedenfelsen and the Hornisgrinde in the south, Bühlerhöhe in the northeast and over the Rhine plain .
There are several climbing routes of difficulty levels III – IX on the Falkenstein .
