Fanny Witt

Fanny Witt , née Fanny Heuser , ( March 28, 1838 in Leer , Kingdom of Hanover - August 20, 1900 in Vienna , Austria-Hungary ) was a German theater actress .

Life

Witt, the daughter of the actor Ludwig Heuser , dared her first theatrical appearance in March 1854 in Zurich. She worked mainly as a tragedy on many stages in a distinguished position and entered the stage for the last time on April 14, 1890 at the Stadttheater Düsseldorf as "Lona", supported by society . She died on August 20, 1900 in Vienna.

She was married to Julius Witt . Their children were Karl , Hermine and Lotte Witt . Julius Straßmann , Hermione's husband, was her son-in-law. All of the above were also stage actors.
