The Farley Massif is a 1,457 m high mountain in the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . In the Athos Range of the Prince Charles Mountains, it rises 1.5 km north of Mount Jacklyn .
Aerial photographs taken during the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions were used for mapping. It is named after John A. Farley, geodesist at Mawson Station in 1964.
