The Farrant Point is a headland of Deception Iceland in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It forms between the South Point and the Descubierta Point the south-south-western extension of the island.
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2019. It is named after Arthur Henry Farrant (1913–1953), who died during his service as a diesel generator set mechanic at the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey station on Deception Island.
