The Faselstall at Schloßstraße 9 is a building in Darmstadt-Eberstadt .
History and description
The Farrenstall was built in 1840 . This Faselochsenstall with jumping area was built on the former riding arena - today's Schloßplatz . Originally the place was used by the dragoons who lay here for horses and for exercise . The “Garde de dragons” had no barracks . The soldiers were housed here in the neighborhood. The simple building was later doubled. After that it housed a forge for a long time .

The Faselstall is a cultural monument for architectural and city-historical reasons .
