Fatuha , also Fatwah , is a city in the Indian state of Bihar . It belongs to the metropolitan area of Patna .

The city is part of the Patna district . Fatuha has the status of Nagar Panchayat . The city is divided into 23 wards . On the cut-off date of the 2011 census, it had a total of 50,961 inhabitants, of which 26,953 were men and 24,008 women. Hindus form the largest group of the city's population with a share of over 94%, followed by Muslims with over 5%. The literacy rate in 2011 was 70.19% and thus below the national average.

Fatuha is located 24 km east of Patna, the capital of Bihar. Fatuha is an important industrial center known for its small industry and trading markets.

The city has its own train station.
