Fausto Batignani ( July 2, 1903 , † November 2, 1975 ) was a Uruguayan soccer goalkeeper .

Goalkeeper Batignani belonged least from 1922 to 1924 and from 1926 to 1928 the squad of his time in La Liga playing Liverpool Montevideo on. In 1933 he was in the ranks of the Club Atlético Peñarol .

Batignani was also a member of the Uruguayan senior team .
