Federico Velázquez , full name Federico Gastón Velázquez Brandon , (born May 20, 1986 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

society

The 1.87 meter tall defensive player Velázquez belonged to the youth department of Nacional Montevideos in 2003 . In the first half of 2007 he stood in the ranks of El Tanque Sisley . In early July 2007 he moved to the Rampla Juniors , where he completed 14 games (no goal) in the Primera División in the 2007/08 season . In the Apertura 2008 Juventud was his employer. At the club from Las Piedras , he played five top division games (no goal). Then, in 2009, he has a career station at Club Atlético Atenas in San Carlos . From August 2009 to the end of June 2012 he was again a player for El Tanque Sisley and played there in at least two games of the Segunda División in the 2009/10 season and in a total of 46 first division games during the 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons. He did not score a hit. In July 2012 he switched to the Rampla Juniors again. In mid-August 2013, he then joined the Argentine club Guillermo Brown . After 58 league appearances, in which he scored a total of two goals, he returned to El Tanque Sisley in early 2016. In the Clausura 2016 he was used in five games (one goal) of the top Uruguayan league. At the beginning of July 2016 he moved to Deportivo Madryn . There he played in 19 league games, scored three goals and also played twice (no goal) in the cup. In mid-July 2017, the Club Cipolletti signed him .

National team

Velázquez was part of the U-17 team of Uruguay , trained by Jorge Da Silva , who took part in the U-17 South American Championship in 2003 in Bolivia .
