Feliksas Palubinskas

Feliksas Palubinskas (born March 15, 1935 in Baganskai near Kazlų Rūda ) is a Lithuanian politician, member of the Seimas, Vice- President of Parliament.

Life

He attended the Garankščiai elementary school and graduated from the Lithuanian high school Kempten in the USA. In 1957 he completed his bachelor's degree at DePaul University and in 1959 his master's degree in management . In 1964 he received his PhD in Marketing from the University of Illinois . In 1992 he returned to Lithuania and volunteered at the Lietuvių katalikų mokslo akademija . From 1996 to 2000 he was a member of the Seimas , deputy chairman of the Seimas.

From 1996 to 2000 he was a board member of Lietuvos krikščionių Demokratieų partija (LKDP), from 2000 a member of Moderniųjų krikščionių Demokratieų sąjunga (MKDS).

He is married and with his wife Saulė has the children Lina, Ginta, Kovas, Milda and Aidas .
