Felisberto Monteiro Guterres

Felisberto Monteiro Guterres (born December 10, 1967 in Ossu , Portuguese Timor ) is a politician from East Timor . He is a member of the FRETILIN party .

Guterres finished pre-secondary school in 1990. From 2012 to 2017 he was a member of the National Parliament of East Timor and a member of the Commission for Economic Affairs and Development (Commission D). In the 2017 elections , he was no longer on the FRETILIN electoral list.
