Felix Goedhart

Felix Goedhart (* 1964 in Hamburg ) is a German business manager . He is a member of the supervisory board of HSV Fußball AG .

Training and professional positions

Felix Goedhart studied business administration and graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a Lic.Oec. HSG and the University of Chicago with an MBA (focus on finance). He had mainly specialized in finance and accounting . After graduating, he worked as a management consultant at Booz & Co. in Düsseldorf and Munich . As a senior project manager, he worked on various projects at home and abroad. In 1995 Goedhart found a job as a manager in the media group of the Kirch Group on the pay-TV platform DF1 and later on the private broadcaster Premiere. Four years later, Goedhart worked for the corporation equitrust AG (DMB Deutsche Mittelstand Beteiligungen GmbH) in the investment and fund business. One of the well-known holdings was Ersol Solar Energy AG (now Bosch Solar Energy ), in which capital of half a billion euros was invested. From 2006 to 2015 Goedhart held the position of the board of directors of Capital Stage AG in Hamburg, a listed company on the SDAX that specializes in solar and wind parks. Felix Goedhart is among other things a member of the supervisory board of the automobile dealer of Gottfried Schultz GmbH & Co.

Worked for the Hamburg sports club

Goedhart ran for the Hamburger SV supervisory board in 2011 , but missed the opportunity to join the board. Following a member resolution of May 25, 2014, he was appointed to the Supervisory Board along with five other people due to his economic competence.

Felix Goedhart hit the headlines in early February 2018 when it became publicly known that he had sent an email to other supervisory board members to "overthrow" CEO Heribert Bruchhagen and sports director Jens Todt.

Private

Felix Goedhart is married and has two sons and a daughter.
