Femke Boersma , also Femke Talma (born December 11, 1935 in Amsterdam , Netherlands ) is a Dutch actress .

Life

Femke Boersma is a well-known actress in the Netherlands, where she appeared regularly on television from the 1960s to 1980s. In Germany she is known for the eight-part television series MS Franziska , in which she played the role of the ship's wife Aavje Wilde.

She began her career in 1955 with a role in Gerard Rutten's film Het wonderlijke leven van Willem Parel , during which time she also played under the pseudonym Femke Talma. In 1958 she got her diploma from the Amsterdamse Toneelschool (Amsterdam Theater School). She then received a contract with the Ensemble Nederlandse Comedie and stayed there until 1968. She then worked at various theaters. Her television career began in 1958 with the Dutch broadcaster AVRO with the play Onder het melkwoud (Under the Milk Forest) by Dylan Thomas .

Femke Boersma is married to Frits Bolkestein . Before that, she was in a relationship with the Dutch actor, author and writer Henk Rigters (1915-2001), but divorced again.
