Femke Pluim (born May 10, 1994 in Gouda ) is a Dutch pole vaulter .

Athletic career

Femke Pluim was originally a gymnast and only came to athletics in 2011. At the beginning she was active in sprinting and only later switched to the pole vault.

She took part in the Junior European Championships in 2013 and won the silver medal there. In 2015 she failed to qualify at the European Indoor Championships and took fourth place at the U23 European Championships . It failed at the World Championships in Beijing as early as the qualification .

At the 2016 European Championships in Amsterdam , she took sixth place with 4.45 m. However, she failed at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro with 4.15 m already in the qualification.
