Ferdinand Maximilian III. Adolf Ernst Ludwig Philipp Graf (since 1865 Prince ) zu Ysenburg and Büdingen (born October 24, 1824 in Wächtersbach ; † May 5, 1903 ibid) was a German nobleman , politician and member of parliament .

Ferdinand Maximilian III. was a son of Count Adolf II. zu Ysenburg and Büdingen in Wächtersbach (1795-1859) and his wife Luise Charlotte Philippine Ferdinande born. Life

In 1847 he succeeded him in the class rule. From 1856 to 1903 he was a member of the 1st Chamber of the Landtag of the Grand Duchy of Hesse , authorized to join since 1856, no participation, excused several times, represented by his son Friedrich Wilhelm from 1875–1887 . From 1868 to 1885 he was a member of the electoral council of the Hessian municipal council of the Prussian administrative district of Kassel and the provincial council of the Prussian province of Hessen-Nassau.
