Ferdinand Oetker

Carl Ferdinand Oetker (born October 3, 1972 in Munich ) is a German entrepreneur and son of Rudolf-August Oetker .

Life

Oetker was born in Munich in 1972 and has lived in Bielefeld , the hometown of the Oetker family , ever since . He studied at Brown University in the USA . As the great-grandson of the founder of the Bielefeld company Dr. August Oetker KG , Ferdinand Oetker is one of eight shareholders in the Oetker Group.

He is married and has a daughter and a son.

Professional background

Ferdinand Oetker started his professional career in 1997 at the Boston Consulting Group in Frankfurt am Main after completing his studies . At the family-owned Bankhaus Lampe KG , Oetker held various managerial sales functions between 2004 and 2015.

From 2015 to 2016 he was a member of the supervisory board of Koenig & Bauer AG and a member of the audit committee. From 2009 to September 2017 Ferdinand Oetker was a member of the Supervisory Board of STADA Arzneimittel AG and has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 2016. Since 2006 he has been a managing partner of FO Holding GmbH.
