Ferdinand Risch
Ferdinand Risch (born June 13, 1880 in Schaan , † April 16, 1940 in Grabs ) was a Liechtenstein politician (FBP).
biography
Risch worked as a bricklayer and farmer. From 1918 to 1921 he was a member of the Schaan municipal council and from 1927 until his death he held the office of councilor . From 1928 to 1940 Risch was a member of the State Parliament of the Principality of Liechtenstein for the Progressive Citizens' Party . After his death, Bernhard Risch succeeded him in the state parliament.
He was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Lawena State Works from 1930 to 1934 and again from 1936 to 1940. During this time he served as its vice-president from 1930 to 1934 and as its president from 1939 to 1940.
Prince Franz I awarded him the Knight's Cross of the Princely Liechtenstein Order of Merit in 1937 .
