Ferenc Hegedűs (born September 14, 1959 in Tarján ) is a former Hungarian sword fencer .
successes
Ferenc Hegedűs took part in two Olympic Games : in 1988 he was sixth with the team in Seoul . At the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona , he finished the individual competition in 42nd place. In the team competition he reached the final, which the Hungarian team lost to Germany 4-8. Hegedűs received the silver medal together with Iván Kovács , Krisztián Kulcsár , Gábor Totola and Ernő Kolczonay .
