Fernand Rouillon
Fernand Marie Joseph Rouillon (born December 11, 1920 in Condrieu , † March 3, 2000 ) was a French diplomat .
Life
Fernand Marie Joseph Rouillon was the son of Marguerite Bassieux and Albert Rouillon. In 1946 he married Annick Chavoix. He studied at Tivoli College, political science at the University of Bordeaux . In 1974 he headed the East Africa department on the Quai d'Orsay . From April 30, 1975 to December 3, 1981 he was ambassador to Damascus .
