André Nègre
André Paul Armand Nègre (born May 16, 1912 in Castelmoron-sur-Lot , † July 27, 1996 ) was a French diplomat .
Life
André Paul Armand Nègre entered the foreign service and was employed in Shanghai , Cairo and Moscow after 1945 . From 1952 to 1955 he was counselor in Damascus . In 1964 he was counselor and consul general in Tangier . From 1967 to 1970 he was ambassador to Kabul . From January 7, 1971 to April 30, 1975 he was Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Damascus .
