Fernando Cuén
Fernando Cuén (born April 30, 1890 in Badiraguato , Sinaloa , † 1963 in Mexico City ) was a Mexican ambassador .
Life
Fernando Cuén achieved the rank of general in the military on the part of the constituionalists.
After Francisco Madero left the state apparatus of Porfirio Díaz untouched in his government , Venustiano Carranza removed all Mexican diplomats from their offices. Fernando Cuén belonged to the new generation of diplomats who enjoyed the confidence of Carranza.
After his diplomatic career, Fernando Cuén moved into the federal parliament with Juan de Dios Bátiz Paredes for Sinaloa as a personal representative.
