Ferrovia Bandeirantes SA (FERROBAN) was a rail company in Brazil that maintained a route network in the state of São Paulo. It took over the route network from the former state Rede Ferroviária Federal Paulista SA (FEPASA) in 1998 as part of privatization . FEPASA was split up in the privatization process. The line from Vale Fértil to Uberlândia came under the control of Ferrovia Centro Atlântica (FCA) and the lines from Iperó to Apiaí and from Rubião Junior to Presidente Epitácio came under the control of Ferrovia Sul Atlântico (FSA).

The company FERROBAN later became part of the Brasil Ferrovias group , which then became part of the América Latina Logística (ALL) logistics group through a share swap in 2006 .
