Ferulago nodosa is a species of the umbelliferae genus Ferulago .

features

Ferulago nodosa is a perennial stem hemicryptophyte that reaches heights of 50 to 150 centimeters. The stem is round. The nodes are clearly thickened. The leaf sections are oblong-elliptical, smooth or rough and 10 to 15 millimeters in size. The umbels are alternate. The bracts and bracts are ovate-oblong. The fruit stalk is one to twice as long as the fruit.

The flowering period extends from April to May.

The number of chromosomes is 2n = 22.

Occurrence

Ferulago nodosa occurs in the northeastern Mediterranean on dry ruderal sites, fallow land and Phrygana at altitudes from 0 to 800 meters. She comes from in Albania, Greece, Crete, Sicily and Malta.
