Fetz Domino was a gospel choir with a band from Karlsruhe . His style was a mix of gospel , soul , pop and worship .
The choir took part in church services , benefit concerts and other events in the northern Baden region at random ; The highlight was appearances at the Expo 2000 in Hanover.
The choir consisted of about 30 singers , four musicians ( drums , electric bass , keyboard and percussion / saxophone ) and some sound and light technicians who, in addition to their artistic interests, also have an evangelistic interest. After the choir's 20th anniversary, choir founder Peter Lauber handed over the leadership of the choir to Cornelia Kraut in the summer of 2012.
In July 2019, after 27 years of existence, Fetz Domino's farewell concert took place in Remchingen .

Others
The name of the choir consists of a colloquial imperative and a Latin dativus Commodi , which means Fetz for the Lord ! and at the same time is based on that of the American musician Fats Domino .
In 2004 choir members founded the children's choir Fetz DoMinis , which was dissolved after a few years.
