Fiammetta Baralla (actually Beatrice Bentivoglio ; born May 2, 1943 in Rome ; † September 7, 2013 there ) was an Italian actress .

Life

Baralla is the stepsister of the actor Galeazzo Benti and began her career in avant-garde theater ; she also played z. B. under Memè Perlini in Wedekind's Spring Awakening . Since 1968 she has appeared in the cinema regularly in commercial films, which she mostly cast in comical supporting roles due to her voluminous stature - the best-known example is her “Katorcia” in Toll drove the old Teutons ; Also Federico Fellini used this for his City of Women . Her distinctive acting qualities were only shown to advantage in Memè Perlini's films.

Between 1976 and 1986 she also played at the “Teatro La Piramide” in the Italian capital.
