Fidel Bassa
Fidel Bassa (* 18th December 1962 in El Retén , Colombia ) is a former Colombian boxer in the flyweight .
Professional career
In 1983 he started his professional career successfully. On February 3, 1983, he boxed against Hilario Zapata for the WBA World Championship and won by unanimous decision on points. He defended this belt a total of six times and lost it to Jesus Rojas on points at the end of September 1989 . After this defeat he ended his career.
