Fidelitas night run

The Fidelitas night run is an ultramarathon with a distance of 80 kilometers in and around Karlsruhe . It has been held annually at the end of June since 1979. A marathon has also been held as part of the event since 2010 .

route

The start and finish are on two different sports fields in the Dammerstock district in the southeast of Karlsruhe's core city. The route initially leads north-east via Durlach and Grötzingen , where it bends south in Jöhlingen . The runners move via Singen , Karlsbad and Ittersbach into the Black Forest , where the southernmost point is reached in Langenalb . From Marxzell to Ettlingen the route follows the Alb . The last kilometers lead through the Oberwald.

  • Main run: Individual ranking over the full distance of 80 km
  • Marathon (since 2010)
  • 4 × 20 km relay (men, women and mixed)
  • 10 km business run. Individual run with company rating in the run-up to the main run
  • 10 km of Nordic walking in the run-up to the main run
