The Fiji Trench is a deep- sea channel up to 6,492 m deep and 500 km long in the southwestern part of the Pacific Ocean .

The Fiji Trench is roughly between the Hunter's Threshold in the north and northeast, the Fiji Basin in the east, southeast and south, the New Caledonia Threshold in the southwest and New Caledonia in the west. There it lies between about 22 and 23 ° south latitude and 169 ° east and 172 ° east longitude . The Fiji Trench finds its northwest continuation in the Neuhebridengraben .
