description

The church is essentially a Romanesque building with a porch, a recessed round apse and a pointed roof turret in the east. You enter the church through the arched, Gothic south portal . The nave from the late 17th century has a flat wooden ceiling, partly painted with stencils. The apse was designed like a stage in 1670. It is painted with an early baroque column and niche architecture flanked by the archangels Michael and Gabriel . The Holy Trinity is depicted in the vault of the apse . On the high altar are a carving of the Pentecost miracle , a crucifix , a replica of the Holy Sepulcher , a Sorrowful Mother of God and a tabernacle from 1857.
