The Finance and Revenue Football Club ( FRFC ) is a football club in Rangoon , Myanmar , and has been the dominant sporting club in the country for many years. Like most of his rivals, he is based in the capital, Rangoon, and is run by a government agency, in his case the Ministry of Trade and Finance.
