Financial aspirants

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Financial candidate or financial candidate (abbreviation: "FAnw", "FinAnw" or "FAnwin"; in some states tax inspector candidate / in ) is the service designation for the preparation service ( training located) officials of the higher service in the German tax authorities . Candidates under civil service law are also referred to as civil servants on revocation .

The title of service for candidates for the middle service of the financial administration is tax candidates .

The training usually lasts three years. It is linked to a degree at a university of applied sciences. Students who successfully complete their studies acquire the title of " Diplom-Finanzwirt (FH) " (different in Lower Saxony: Here the title is: Diplom-Finanzwirt (Steuerakademie - StAk) and is only equal to the FH degree). The FH degree is recognized throughout the EU.

In the Federal Customs Administration , the name was changed in July 2009 to Candidate Customs Inspector (ZIAnw), see official names of the German Customs Administration . After having passed the career test, those who have completed their studies are given the designation "customs inspector". You will then be taken on as a trial civil servant for 3 years before being taken on as a civil servant for life. There is a deviation from this in Baden-Württemberg in the "General Finance Administration" department: The job title in the preparatory service is government inspector candidate (RIA) and government inspector for employment during the probationary period (RI z. A.).

The basic salary of a tax inspector candidate in Bavaria is currently (as of 08/2019) EUR 1,213.85 per month. The basic salary of a trainee customs inspector at the Federal Customs Administration is EUR 1,158.38 per month - since January 2008 there is no longer any distinction between East and West.
