The Findlay Range is a mountain range in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It runs parallel to the Lyttelton Range to the west in the Admiralty Mountains and extends from Grigg Peak to Sorensen Peak .
The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the mountain range after the New Zealand geologist Robert Hamish Findlay, head of a team of the New Zealand Antarctic Research Program , who worked in the area between 1981 and 1982.
